Essential Tool for Radiologist Fully Updated

New York/Stuttgart - Thieme announces the release of the second edition of "Ultrasound: A Practical Approach to Clinical Problems." Completely updated, the book takes a clinical approach to ultrasound based on signs and symptoms, rather than the typical organization by organ systems. It is the perfect companion for radiologists, radiology residents, referring doctors, nurse practitioners, and radiologist assistants.

Based on a popular course taught at the Radiological Society of North America's annual meeting, the book meticulously covers the role of ultrasound in solving clinical problems and includes the appropriate use of other imaging modalities such as CT, MR and PET.

"Ultrasound: A Practical Approach to Clinical Problems Second Edition," includes over 1,300 illustrations and provides all the necessary information for solving a given clinical problem. It holds vital information for ultrasonographers, radiologists, residents, physicians, nurses, radiology assistants, and anyone seeking the latest recommendations for the effective use of ultrasonography.
