FAQ ButtonHow long does it take to receive a book order?
Empty FAQ ButtonIf you live in Europe it takes approximately 2-14 days before the purchase will be delivered to your door. Outside of Europe it may take 4-6 weeks. Courier service is available upon request. For more information about delivery time, please contact Customer Service. When ordering make sure to include your phone number.
 
FAQ ButtonHow long does it take to receive a journal/periodical order?
Empty FAQ ButtonPlease allow 2-6 weeks after the cover date for receipt of first issue of any journal/periodical you subscribe.

FAQ ButtonHow can I order an individual copy or reprints of an article?
Empty FAQ ButtonPhotocopies of Thieme journal articles are available under 100 copies.
Reprints of Thieme journal articles can be ordered in any quantity over 100.
Simply fill out the reprint quotation request form or send an e-mail inquiry to the reprints department. Include the journal title and article citation and your full name and contact information. Also include your shipping address and billing address as well as credit card information.

    We recommend payment by credit card. (VisaCard, Eurocard/Mastercard or American Express). If you choose the "bill-me" option, you will receive a proforma invoice with all details for payment. A proforma invoice is an itemized list of products ordered with calculated delivery charges and VAT (EU countries only). All orders will be charged at the EUR (EUR O) price payable by bank draft or check and are non-returnable. Products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

  • Journals
