For searching and ordering with Thieme, just follow these easy steps:
You have the following search options: You can type in the author's name, the full title, the keyword or part of keyword or the ISBN of the product you are searching for or you can choose a subject that you are interested in. Please enter only one search criteria!
If your search matches any of our products, you will receive a list of search results, showing you the bibliographic information of the product. The eye image and "more..." indicate a link to the product page which will give you detailed information.
If you would like to order a product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the checkbox. The little checkmark appears and the product will be placed in your shopping cart when you click "Add to shopping cart". You can continue searching and adding products to the shopping cart in the same way. The next page will show you the item(s) in your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of your item(s) or remove the item(s) by clicking on "Update", delete all item(s) by clicking "Delete" and continue to order.
When you are ready to complete your order, click on "Order now". Please choose according to your area: "The Americas" or "Rest of world". The next page will show you the status of your shopping cart and the items that you are about to purchase. You have the option to go back and make changes or continue to process your order.
To continue processing your order, please enter your shipping and billing address information. All fields showing an asterisk (*) are required and have to be filled in. If all information is correct, continue to order or go one step back to make changes.
The next page will show your address information and payment options. You can continue to order or go one step back to make changes.
Thieme accepts the following credit cards: AmericanExpress, Mastercard and Visacard. At this point you will enter our secure server (SSL). This will garantee a secure transmission of your order data. You will have to click "OK" to confirm this eventually.
To place your order, please click Submit or go one step back to make changes.
Important note: After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation page with your order number. Please keep this number and refer to it if you have any further questions.
