Visit the Thieme booth to learn about our suite of synthetic chemistry products. Here is a sneak peak:
JOURNALS:
SYNTHESIS is a journal of international character devoted to the advancement of the science of synthetic chemistry, covering all fields of organic chemistry, such as organometallic, organoheteroatom, medicinal, biological, and photochemistry, but also related disciplines. It presents dependable research results with detailed and reliable experimental procedures and full characterization of all important new products.
SYNLETT is an international journal reporting research results and trends in synthetic organic chemistry in short personalized reviews and preliminary communications. It covers all fields of scientific endeavor that involve organic synthesis.
SYNFACTS provides a selected overview of the most interesting and recent trends in synthetic chemistry, including new reactions, molecules and applications.
REFERENCE WORKS:
Science of Synthesis is the successor series to the classical reference work in synthetic methodology: Houben-Weyl Methods in Organic Chemistry. The electronic version of Science of Synthesis includes the full Science of Synthesis series in addition to every volume published in the Houben-Weyl series from 1909 onwards. Science of Synthesis provides a critical digest of the synthetic methodology developed from the early 1800s to-date for the entire field of organic and organometallic chemistry. Currently involving over 1000 scientists worldwide as authors and editors, Science of Synthesis is an unparalleled source of evaluated information in terms of scope, comprehensiveness, and detail. Science of Synthesis offers full-text, structure, and reaction searching capabilities in addition to a browsing style of navigation using the interactive Table of Contents. The content features rich hypertext linking: references link-out to the primary literature and each section in Science of Synthesis is linked to related information in the Houben-Weyl archive.
MONOGRAPHS:
Pharmaceutical Substances is designed to be a complete reference guide to every pharmaceutical compound of significance. It provides a compendium of 2,350 active pharmaceutical ingredients, detailing syntheses, intermediates, patents, and applications. Pharmaceutical Substances is an invaluable resource for anybody involved in the design, discovery, development and evaluation of drugs.
