How long does it take to receive my order, and what if it's not in stock?
Answer
If the product is in stock, US residents can expect delivery within approximately 10 to 12 business days.
When a product in out of stock or hasn’t published yet, our customer service department will place a backorder. You will receive an email from a customer service representative to confirm your backorder and your credit card will not be charged until the item is in stock.
