Dr. Hadjipanayis is a Professor of Neurosurgery and Oncological Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He serves as Chair of Neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Director of Neurosurgical Oncology for the Mount Sinai Health System. He has devoted his entire career to the treatment of brain tumor patients and is Director of the Mount Sinai Brain Tumor Nanotechnology Laboratory in the Tisch Cancer Institute. He helped lead the effort for FDA approval of 5-ALA (Gleolan) in the US for use during glioma surgery in June 2017.

She spent two years learning and perfecting her surgical skills as a fellow of microsurgical and endoscopic neuroanatomy with Professor Rhoton from 2011 to 2013. He serves as the co-director of cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery, director of the endovascular neurosurgery fellowship, and the associate residency program director. Dr. Park completed his neurosurgical training at UC San Diego followed by a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute. Previously, he served honorably in the US Navy including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
