Joon Pio Hong, M.D., Ph.D., M.B.A., is Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Ulsan College of Medicine and Asan Medical Center. He has board certification in Trauma, Hand and Plastic surgery. He is an active member of professional associations including American Society of Plastic Surgery, World Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, and Korean Society of Plastic Surgery. His major work has been research and clinical practice in wound healing, diabetic foot reconstruction and microsurgery. He is on the editorial board for numerous journals including Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, International Wound Journal, Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and more. He has been invited over 80 countries to present his work and is visiting professor for more than 20 institutions. He has over 160 publications in this field, with 24 book chapters including Neligan’s Plastic Surgery.

Mr. Mosahebi, MBBS, FRCS, FRCS(Plast), PhD, MBA, DABRM, qualified at Guy's & St Thomas Medical school in London. His Plastic Surgery training was in London Deanery at some of the largest and busiest hospitals in the UK. He has had further specialist training in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in New York and Belgium. He is a Consultant & Service Lead at Royal Free Hospital, London. He has authored numerous publications and lectured extensively worldwide. He is involved in pioneering research work on regenerating new tissues through new biomaterials and tissue engineering as well as clinical trials in innovative techniques in wound healing. He is on the editorial board of Aesthetic Surgery Journal, Hon. Secretary of BAAPS, past President of Royal Society of Medicine (plastic surgery section), and on the UK specialist advisory committee for plastic surgery. He is also on the advisory panel for Health Education England’s regulation on non-invasive aesthetic treatments. His interests are congenital, cosmetic, and reconstructive breast surgery, and he also deals with complex soft tissue reconstruction following accident or cancer surgery.
