Joana Hauff, Chief Transformation Officer represents the fifth generation of the Thieme family business. She says:

Anyone who wants to limit diversity by excluding people based on their background, gender or lifestyle or who promotes “fake news” instead of facts stands in opposition to democracy and the principle that all people are equal.
